The Service Provider’s Awareness Campaigns is not to be construed as an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security.

Section 17b Disclosures

The Service Provider expects to receive 1,000 USD per month in cash from the Hiring Party on an ongoing basis for an Awareness Campaign regarding the Featured Company.

As of February 15, 2016 there have been no actual payments received to date from the Hiring Party.

Publisher’s Exemption

(1) Impersonal Advice

The Service Provider does not provide advice tailored to the individual needs of any persons whatsoever.

(2) Bona Fide

The Service Provider maintains full discretion, authority and independence over the opinions expressed regarding the Featured Company. The agreement only guarantees the distribution and publishing of information regarding the Featured Company, but in no way grants the Hiring Party control over the content, nor does the agreement guarantee positive coverage or bias.

(3) General and Regular

The Service Provider issues information on a regular schedule and in general circulation.

Conflict of Interest

The compensation from the Hiring Party constitutes a conflict of interest as to our ability to remain objective in our communication regarding the Featured Company.
